1. All fonts and images used included with your file.
2. If you are using Illustrator or InDesign, please convert all of your text to paths.
3. All of your images are in the correct color format.
If full color - use CMYK.
If B&W - use grayscale and bitmap
4. If your file bleeds (if the image is printed right up to the edge of the paper) please extend the image at least 1/8" beyond the edge.
5. All fonts Truetype or PostScript.
When will I get my order?
Most jobs will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. In most part of the country, shipping will take between 3 to 5 days therefore, your order will arrive in about 6 to 10 days. If you want to receive your order quicker, additional rush and delivery charges will apply (see below):
Rush Charges:
Accelerated Turn Around – 5-6 Days - Add $50.00 to grand total*
Immediate Turn Around – 3-4 Days - Add $100.00 to grand total*
*Disclosure will be made at the time of placing your order when the product will arrive to you.
How do I receive my shipment?
If you are based in the Seattle area, you can rather pick up your orders or, for a small shipping/ handling fee, have them sent to your address. For non-local customers, we will deliver the goods to your place of business. Service charges may apply. Call in advance to verify that your order is ready and make an arrangement on the shipping method.
Paying for your project:
We accept cash, check, and money order. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. You can mail the check to:

Pricing:
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Quotes are good for twenty (20) days from their original date of creation. All quotes not accepted within thirty (30) days automatically expire without any additional action by Quachie Media Printing.
Cancellation:
Customer may cancel an order before 3 pm of the same day the order was placed. No refunds will be given if that deadline has passed.
Submitted files:
Customer is responsible for maintaining a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies submitted (“Files”). Quachie Media Printing is not responsible for loss of any kind or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the Customer. Until Quachie Media Printing can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Files submitted are evaluated to determine if the Customer’s job can be completed as requested. Quachie Media Printing will contact Customer regarding its ability to complete the job if problems arise or if further translating, editing, or programming is needed to use the Files. Additional work will be charged at the current rates. Quachie Media Printing is not responsible for losses or damage to Files. Quachie Media Printing will archive a Customer’s File for up to 90 days. Delivery:
No quote includes delivery charges. Quachie Media Printing will disclosed to client shipping costs before a project is mutually accepted. Quachie Media Printing is not responsible for shipping delays and/or damage.
Claims:
Customer claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, Quachie Media Printing and the Customer agree that the job has been accepted by Customer. Customer acknowledges through acceptance that Quachie Media Printing’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Subcontract:
Quachie Media Printing may assign any portion of the work required to another contractor without Customer’s permission.
Quality of Product:
Quachie Media Printing strives to have all orders free of defects. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the Customer a refund at our discretion.
Sampling:
Customer grants Quachie Media Printing the right to use Customer's Files and products for samples or advertising purposes.
Returned checks:
All returned checks shall incur a minimum fee of $35. Additionally, Customer shall be liable for all of Quachie Media Printing’s other damages caused directly or indirectly as a result of the returned item.
Changes to policy:
Quachie Media Printing may modify this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise.
